Banquet and conference hall rental
Our facility has 5300 square feet of useable space for events and a flexible seating capacity for up to 300 people. We offer a great solution for weddings, banquets, business events, parties, meetings and any other special occasion.

Deposits
An advance deposit may be required to secure the space for your event. Our Building Manager will provide the deposit amount required. The deposit must be received with your signed contract by the date specified to guarantee your reservation. The deposit is non-refundable and will be applied to the balance due of your event.
Guarantee Policy
A minimum guaranteed attendance must be received by 10:00 AM three business days prior to your event. This number of guest is the guarantee for which you will be charged, even if fewer guest attend. An increase in the guaranteed attendance will be accepted up to two business days before function, not to exceed 5% of original guarantee. If the guaranteed attendance is not received, the expected number of guests on the contract will serve as the guarantee.
Restrictions
There is no smoking inside the building. Smoking areas are available outside of the building. No outside beverages may be brought into the building. All beverages must be purchased from the Banquet and Conference Center. All catering/food plans must be approved by Center one week in advance of function.
Liability
Liability for any damages incurred by guests or attendees is the sole responsibility of the host or organization booking the event and will be charged accordingly. The Jefferson County Fairgrounds’ Banquet and Conference Center cannot assume responsibility for personal property or equipment brought into or left in the buildings or grounds.
